1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to/upon confirmation of the appointment.
Once the appointment is confirmed, the slot will be reserved for you.
2. Postponement
We do understand things happens and therefore we do allowed 1 change to be made without any charges and up to 1 year from the date of booking for any unforeseen circumstances. The subsequent changes to be made will incur a 20% fee of the total amount.
3. Hair accessories & Hair extension
There is a refundable $20 deposit required to loan the hair accessories and hair extensions.
4. Surcharges
A morning surcharge of $50 is applicable for makeovers that start at/before 7am.
Location surcharge $50 to Sentosa.
5. Regular Makeovers
Regular makeovers are strictly not applicable for your own AD or solemnization.
